Family reunion website

A family reunion website your whole family can actually use.

One page with the dates, the place, the schedule and the hotel. Every relative RSVPs and pays from their phone, and you see who's coming without a spreadsheet.

Free to start · No credit card · Guests don’t need an app

Watch how it works

One page to share anywhere.

Post it in the group chat, print it on the flier, text it to the cousins. Everyone lands on the same up-to-date page.

What a reunion website needs

Everything relatives ask you, answered on one page.

Most reunion questions are the same ten questions: when is it, where is it, what does it cost, where do we stay, what's the schedule, and did you get my RSVP. A good family reunion website answers all of them before anyone has to call you.

Dates, place and a countdown

The basics at the top, with a countdown so the excitement builds as the weekend gets closer.

The weekend schedule

Friday's meet and greet, Saturday's picnic, Sunday's church service. Update it once and every phone shows the change.

Hotel blocks

Booking links and cutoff dates for each hotel, plus a way for relatives to say they need a place to stay.

Clear prices

Adult and child prices, and a household cap if you use one, so nobody has to ask what they owe.

An RSVP button

Relatives say yes, add their household, note food needs and allergies, and pick shirt sizes.

Eight invite themes

Pick the look that fits your family. No design skills needed.

Set it up

How to make a family reunion website in an afternoon.

  1. Start with what you have

Upload last year's flier and Grove fills in the details, or type the dates and place in yourself.

  2. Add the schedule and the hotel

Put in each day's plan and the hotel block links. Leave anything you don't know yet; you can add it later.

  3. Set the price

Adult and child prices, infants free, and a cap per household if your family does that.

  4. Add your people

Paste a list or import a spreadsheet. Each person or household gets their own link, so their RSVP lands under their name.

  5. Share one link

Drop the reunion page link in the group chat and on the flier. Reminders go out by email, so you aren't the one chasing.

Behind the page

The part a website builder can't do.

When the RSVPs come in, you see them branch by branch. When payments come in, you see who has paid and who still owes, including the Zelle, Cash App and cash payments you record by hand. When the caterer asks for a headcount, it's already added up.

And when the weekend is over, the page doesn't vanish. The Family Feed, photos and stories stay open in a private space, so next year's reunion starts where this one ended.

Common questions

Is the family reunion website really free?

Yes. The reunion page, RSVPs, reminders, the budget, tasks, potluck board, polls and schedule are free, with no credit card. You pay only if you want to collect card payments at RSVP: $49 once for that reunion, or $149 a year for up to five reunions.

Do relatives need to download an app or make an account?

No. The reunion page and each person's RSVP link open in any phone browser. Grandma taps the link, says yes, adds who's coming with her and she's done.

What goes on a family reunion website?

The dates and place, a countdown, the weekend schedule, hotel blocks with booking links and cutoff dates, what it costs per adult and child, and a clear RSVP button. Grove lays all of that out for you, with eight invite themes to choose from.

Can I turn our old flier into the website?

Yes. Upload the flier (a photo or PDF) and Grove reads the dates, place and prices and fills in the reunion page for you to check before anyone sees it.

Who can see our family's photos and stories?

Only your family. The public reunion page shows what you put on it: dates, place, schedule and the RSVP. The Family Feed, photos, stories and family tree are private to members.

How is this different from a free website builder?

A website builder gives you a page. Grove gives you the page plus what happens behind it: who has RSVP'd by branch, who has paid, the headcount for the caterer, reminders that go out on their own, and a private space that stays open after the reunion.
