Agreement

By using Grove Reunions, you agree to these terms. If you are organizing an event, you are responsible for the content and communications sent through your Grove workspace.

Accounts

You need an account to organize a reunion. Guests can RSVP without an account using a personal link. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Payments

Payment collection between organizers and attendees is handled through Stripe Connect. Funds go directly to the organizer's connected Stripe account. Grove does not hold, process, or have access to collected funds. Stripe's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.

Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Grove. By posting, you grant Grove a license to display that content to other members of your group. Organizers can moderate and remove content within their workspace. Grove may remove content that violates these terms.

Acceptable use

Grove is built for reunion planning and family/group community. Do not use it for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or commercial purposes unrelated to group event planning. Organizers are responsible for moderating their community spaces.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We will notify users of planned maintenance. Data is backed up regularly through Supabase's infrastructure.

Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time. Free tier users can delete their account and data. Paid users can request a full data export before cancellation. Refunds for unused portions of paid plans are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email to account holders. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
