What counts as a reunion?
Any event you create, from a three-day gathering to a one-afternoon cookout.
How does activation work?
Everything is free to use. Activation only turns on collecting card payments: $49 for one reunion, or $149/year to cover up to five.
Do guests pay anything to use Grove?
Only what you charge for the event itself. Grove doesn’t add a fee on top of what your guests pay you. Card payments go straight to your own payment account, so the standard card processing fee applies, just as it would anywhere else.
What’s your refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t collected guest payments through Grove yet. Email support and we’ll take care of it.
What happens to our photos and stories after the reunion?
They stay. A reunion activation doesn’t expire, and your family’s roster, photos, stories, and archive stay in your family’s space whether or not you activate another reunion. You only pay again when you want to collect card payments for the next one.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can request a copy or ask us to delete your account from Settings, Privacy & your data (or email privacy@grovereunions.com). We confirm by email and reply when it’s done.
Can I run multiple group types from one account?
Yes. Your family reunion and your Greek chapter are separate spaces, same login.
Is there a trial?
You don’t need one. Everything except card payments is free. Activate a reunion when you’re ready to collect card payments.
