Privacy Policy

What we collect

Grove collects the information you provide when you create an account, set up a group, or RSVP to a reunion. This includes names, email addresses, phone numbers (optional), RSVP responses, payment information (processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers), and any content you post in the community.

How we use it

Your data is used to run the product. RSVPs go to the organizer. Payments are processed through Stripe. Photos are stored on Cloudinary. Emails are sent through Resend. We do not sell your data, show ads, or share information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who can see your data

Only members of your family or group can see your content. Organizers can see RSVPs, payment status, and roster information. Guest token holders can view limited information without creating an account. Your data is never visible to members of other groups.

Guest tokens

Guests who RSVP via a personal link do not need to create an account. We track access for security purposes (IP address and user agent) and flag unusual activity, but we do not block access automatically.

Data export and deletion

You can request a full export of your data at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information. Content you posted in community channels may be retained in anonymized form for other members of your group.

Third-party services

Grove uses Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (media hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic Claude API (flier import and translation). Each operates under its own privacy policy.
