Grove text message terms

Program

The program name is Grove Reunions reunion alerts. It is run by Grove Reunions (grovereunions.com). Grove Reunions is operated by TradeWorks Pro, LLC.

Who receives texts

Only people who opt in on grovereunions.com. You opt in by adding your mobile number and checking the text message consent box in your Grove account settings (Settings, Notifications). The box is never checked for you.

What we send

Reunion updates sent by Grove on behalf of your reunion's organizers, such as:

  • RSVP confirmations
  • Payment and deadline reminders
  • Day-of updates, like schedule changes and where to meet

We do not send advertising or marketing texts, and we do not share your number for others to text you.

How often

Message frequency varies. Most people get a few texts around a reunion, up to about 10 messages per month when a reunion is close.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Grove does not charge for texts; your mobile carrier's rates apply.

How to opt out or get help

  • Reply STOP to any text to cancel. You'll get one confirmation text and no more messages after that.
  • Reply HELP for help.
  • Reply START to resubscribe after opting out.
  • You can also turn texts off anytime in Settings, Notifications.

Consent is optional

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or RSVP. You can RSVP, pay, and use Grove without ever signing up for texts.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
